How fast can automation go live
A single flow, like abandoned cart recovery, is usually live within a week. A full system across email, workflows, and reporting takes longer, but moves in working pieces, not one big launch.
Do you handle strategy or just the technical setup
Both. Most of the value is in deciding what to automate first and why. The setup is the easy part.
